These example policies were created as part of the comprehensive Workplace Diversity and Inclusion toolkit to assist Australian workplaces engage with and advance their Diversity and Inclusion Practice. The policies include the following:

  1. Diversity and Inclusion Policy

  2. Workplace Behaviours Policy

  3. Grievance and Disciplinary Policy

Each of the policies can be adapted to your organisation's needs. There are drafting notes highlighting where you can adapt the policies, including adding the name and values and information about better inclusion practices to ensure effective implementation.

You can't pour from an empty cup. I've found myself reminding myself of this in recent months betweem juggling two businesses and moving into our new house.
